Horrible customer service. Was quoted $400 for a 2x8 foot sign with graphics. We sent graphics in as requested and heard nothing from the business. After a few days we called and were told they couldn't use Photoshop graphics. I resaved them in JPEG format and resubmitted them. Again no contact so after a few days I called, to be told a lengthy story about how graphics are made and how things are done in graphic world. Ok not my job.... I just wanted a sign with my company name and logo on it as promised. We resubmitted the graphic again in a different format RAW, as requested and again waited for contact. After 24 hours I called them!!! Again doing their job for them. This is not suppose to be stressful! Its just a simple sign! Again I was told that they could not work with the graphics. I asked them if they could just lay out a draft from them in what ever format they chose. Initially they wanted to charge me an extra hours labor to do the sign????? I requested they honor their commitment and make me a simple sign with my company name on it. The person on the other end of the phone agreed and we hung up. A few minutes later I get a call from another employee with a gruff voice telling me that he did not need my attitude ??? I wasnt yelling or even screaming... I just wanted a simple sign. Take your business else where!
