Its a waste of your tax dollars. I won't go into detail about my own experience but it doesn't change the fact that after waiting 5 to 9 hours you may or may not get to see their "doctor" who, by the way is not present physically..you sit in front of a computer and counsel via Skype. Absolute b.s.!
