The wait time is absurd!! 6-8 hours or MORE! And there isnt even a good reason for it. The counselor Carmen just walks around talking to her co-workers and playing on her phone, when she's the only counselor on site. They didn't even tell me the first time I was ever there that the wait time is 6-8+. It's absolutely ridiculous how they make patients who are in a crisis situation; wait while they gossip, play on their phones, stuff their faces, or just straight up ignore patients. Yesterday I was in there to see a theapist and a doctor and I got skipped after being there for 7 hours and was told by the supervisor that her case was more of a crisis than mine was. Who are they to decide who is going through more of a crisis? Just for the person who went ahead of me to also be told to return the next day just like me. Most awful experience I've had in a medical office. I don't think the staff understands how terrifying it is to some people to even come in here, just to be ignored. Currently I've been here for 2 hours while they plan their 4th if July banquet and chit chat in the back. Nothing is being done. There are 5 patients including myself sitting in the lobby. No one at the front desk to even let people in the front door. I have never been so digusted with serive in my life. Their lack of compassion has probably lead to hundreds if not thousands of deaths. People come in here because they are suicidal or for other reasons, and I bet when people get treated like this, they just turn around and walk straight until the traffic outside. .... update ....it's now 7:50 am and the doctor has just left the building. I was told he would be here at 5:30...and he's already leaving and hasn't seen one patient. This place sucks and literally is so discouraging I'll probably blow my brains out when I get home
