I went through this agency when I found out state farm had a bank. I got my very first credit card through them. Having never gone through the credit card process everyone there was so helpful explaining how it works. I will be returning for other products.

This is by far the worst business I have encountered. Please please please take your business elsewhere when looking for insurance. I was originally quoted last year around 160$. Then my quote went up and I asked Jill, she said it was because of too many accidents and nationwide premiums went up.. ok... I asked my family members and friends, none of theirs went up. Ok, only 25$ increase I can live with that. I was paying about 200$ for a few months... then BAM my BANK informs me that I am UNINSURED?! What the ?!?! No calls, texts, emails... voicemail?! Nothing. I was PISSED. I had no insurance on my car for almost two months because my bank didn’t allow a transaction to go through. This cost me about 300$ to cover the months I wasn’t insured AND another chunk of change to reinstall my plan. So I had to basically pay way extra just to fix their mistake. Had they sent me and email or something, I would have immediately figured it out. On top of that, my “drive safe driving tracker” was shut off in that process, and never received emails to reinstall and set up the device. I have been billed almost 300$ for the month of Oct and Nov, and confronted the agency about it and they deny deny deny. Said they sent me emails etc. I checked all three of my emails, even spam and junk.. nothing is there. Needless to say... if you want Your Insurance to almost double without any forewarning... Choose Jill Verboort ? I’m going to be filing a report with Better Business bureaus ASAP.

I was a loyal state farm customer and recently financed my new sentra back in July and that same day before I left the lot I got full coverage and was quoted $189.00 Ever since then the amount due for my insurance was not consistant and included prorated amounts that should not have been charged for back dated coverage even though I had coverage the same day. I was assured my bill would only be $189. I thought that it would be the end of this headache only to find out my bill jumped to $236. Without any communication on why and how since my quote was suppose to be locked in for 6 months. This has been nothing but stressful! I do not reccomend state farm.

I have been paying way to much for car insurance. I got a quote online and then had a agent contact me to make sure that the quote was accurate. Erin Krupp was quick to email me back. It was great to have someone willing to email back and forth as I'm not always available to talk on the phone throughout the day. Not only was she saving me over $100 a month with the online quote Erin was able to give me even more of a discount and got me a better plan then I originally had. The process of switching was very easy and smooth she made sure that all my questions were answered even when I asked them twice. The customer service was great!! I HIGHLY recommend the Verboort Agency in Forest Grove.

LOVE THEM! Jill has got to be one of the best out there! Her team is just as equally as incredible. They are very friendly and honestly care for their customers.
