This is by far the worst business I have encountered. Please please please take your business elsewhere when looking for insurance. I was originally quoted last year around 160$. Then my quote went up and I asked Jill, she said it was because of too many accidents and nationwide premiums went up.. ok... I asked my family members and friends, none of theirs went up. Ok, only 25$ increase I can live with that. I was paying about 200$ for a few months... then BAM my BANK informs me that I am UNINSURED?! What the ?!?! No calls, texts, emails... voicemail?! Nothing. I was PISSED. I had no insurance on my car for almost two months because my bank didn’t allow a transaction to go through. This cost me about 300$ to cover the months I wasn’t insured AND another chunk of change to reinstall my plan. So I had to basically pay way extra just to fix their mistake. Had they sent me and email or something, I would have immediately figured it out. On top of that, my “drive safe driving tracker” was shut off in that process, and never received emails to reinstall and set up the device. I have been billed almost 300$ for the month of Oct and Nov, and confronted the agency about it and they deny deny deny. Said they sent me emails etc. I checked all three of my emails, even spam and junk.. nothing is there. Needless to say... if you want Your Insurance to almost double without any forewarning... Choose Jill Verboort ? I’m going to be filing a report with Better Business bureaus ASAP.
