Bought 100 $ head phones there was no charger they told me they didn't say it came with charger box did

Military and government employees beware. we promote this business within our unions yet the discounts offered cannot be used on unlimited plans or equipment purchases, not can the device dollars we've been collecting be used on phone purchases either. The company is a sham.Giving up with the online approach I went to the St Peter store to inquire about details on two phones. I was informed they could give me no literature or print out of any kind regarding the phone but the lady was happy to write it down and poor penmanship for me on scratch paper? Go Verizon.

I haven't experienced a more helpful and educated staff in any Verizon or other phone store, EVER! I go through multiple phones a year and have multiple lines. We recently moved into town and cant be happier that this store is right down the street.

I am very disappointed in the staff at Verizon in St. Peter. I have been in there twice and left both times with no help, and being treated rudely! The woman that works there is rude, condescending, and terrible with customer service. I was contacted by Verizon for an upgrade (customer service was AWESOME) they recommended that I go to my local verizon store to have my new upgrade activated and to have my contacts etc...switched over and trade in my old phone. I went to St Peter and the woman sharply told me she could activate it but to do the contacts would be $20 and it would be 30 minutes-there was one other person in the store. I said that it was supposed to be free and included-she said "No! it is $20 and it will be atleast a half an hour. She asked me 'Who told you that you could come in and have this done?" I said Verizon!! She rolled her eyes...I said "nevermind, I will go to Mankato" She said curtly "FIne" and walked away!!! grrrr The first time I was looking to upgrade and she just pointed to some phones and said "they are over there" no help, nothing! Very dissatisfied!
