I have been bounced around from doctor to doctor, with each saying I need to see the other before they treat my compressed discs in my neck.

The doctors were more preoccupied with intentionally creating messes in the building than dealing with the needs of the veterans. If you can afford private care, please utilize it.

Parma outpatient: back pain x2weeks I was told you had a PT appt.... which was for my hips, in May, after a MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT, that I had to wait 4 days to be seen. Now because you refuse to see me I have to pay for a private Dr. to see me. Way to go VA. Had to switch back pain to something else just to see a provider. You guys officially suck I will be filling official complaints with JACHO and other organizations and will be requesting for a better primary care physician.

The receptionists who check you in are extremely rude, the hospital staff does not give full diagnosis to secondary clinics which cause major confusion in care because secondary clinics get false information and do not look at your medical files, you can literally die from their errors and they’ll just say it was your fault.

The healthcare I receive is outstanding I have a problem with Myhealthevet site. I order meds and I read my lab reports . There seems to be a delay of the information from the lab to the veteran site I was contacted by Primary care about a blood glucose level before the results were posted I don't need them to be reviewed by Primary care and then posted. I want them to be posted to the veterans record the same day they are released.Also, when I try to use Myhealthevet to contact my other providers in other medical disciplines, there are no department listings or provider listings to contact. These messages are being read by a 3rd party, (Primary Care), and they are then forwarded. The questions/info contained have nothing to do with primary care and the messages are once again delayed while Primary Care reviews them. If I wanted Primary care involved, I would contact them directly. The less human manipulation with our messages, the safer and, private they remain.Erich

I get all of my care here and Cleveland. My doctor is attentive and helpful, the nursing staff is friendly and answer questions to the best of their ability, and the social work staff has gone above and beyond. I live down the street from the Akron VA but I go here because the staff is amazing. (Not taking away from Akron)
