Personale gentilissimo, tavoli all'aperto, atmosfera tranquilla in un angolo di Città di Castello intersecato in una viuzza del centro.Mia cugina ha preso le mezzelune alla norcina (buonissime) e io la carbonara.La carbonara è il mio piatto preferito e questa è stata la migliore della mia vita. L'uovo ha creato una cremina come si deve e in guanciale si scioglieva in bocca.Porzioni abbondanti. I 12€ pagati ne sono valsi la pena. Raccomando di prenotare prima. Complimenti allo chef :)
