Andy Voss is terrible at communicating (IE I never get responses to my emails). Since he helped me with my health insurance application, when they requested additional paperwork I wasn’t able to provide it (since I didn’t have access to it). I’ve now lost my health insurance because of him.

I had read some bad reviews and have now unfortunately experienced terrible customer service also. I had called Shawn from Voss June 18th 2019 and was promised a quote in less than 48 hours. I had emailed information he needed to process a quote(he confirmed the information). I then called around 2 weeks later and left a voicemail with Andy and still received no call or email to this day (July 8th 2019). Very disappointing as I was a referral from a neighbor who used them for years.

My agent had no idea what was going on, didn’t follow through on his word and just seemed incompetent. Called and spoke with Andy who assured me he’d be my agent from then on. Got a message from the former agent 3 months later saying he’d sold his book of business to another agency and that my plan went with it since apparently I was still his customer. Didn’t say who just that all my plans would stay the same but at some completely different company. Emailed Mr. Voss for clarification and never even got a response back. Still not sure what agency is even brokering my insurance.
