I had read some bad reviews and have now unfortunately experienced terrible customer service also. I had called Shawn from Voss June 18th 2019 and was promised a quote in less than 48 hours. I had emailed information he needed to process a quote(he confirmed the information). I then called around 2 weeks later and left a voicemail with Andy and still received no call or email to this day (July 8th 2019). Very disappointing as I was a referral from a neighbor who used them for years.
