It serves its purpose it's got a decent amount of books and you can also put requests from another library. Most of the staff are not helpful. They will actually encourage you to use the automated machines which begs the question as to why there even needs to be staff. Most of the staff I've seen are usually snapping at the patrons and seem to be busy with something else although I'm not sure what. So my recommendation is replace all the staff with automated machines and you'll have a terrific Library.
