Dirty grubs. Paid them a fortune for advertising and the only interest in my ad was from other people trying to sell me more ads. I thought LocalBlue was bad!

$4,000 for a website that i was promised and told "Professional Web Developers" were going to make and it is nothing more than a pathetic drag and drop website that looks like a 12 year old child made. The sales guy "Älex Trollope" talks himself up and tells nothing but lies and promises you the world and doesnt even know what HTML or CSS is and is supposed to be selling websites. RIP OFF COMPANY

I do not recommend Sensis for a small business. We had not heard from any representatives from Sensis for a number of years. We decided to cancel their services and gave one month notice. They wrote back to us that we were on a contract even though we never signed a contract. They stated that it renewed every year if we did not cancel and they asked for 4 months payment to buy out the contract. There are consumer laws which make these types of contracts illegal for small businesses. I explained that to them. They refuse to listen. I have had constant calls and letters to my business demanding payment. Intimidating tactics which have my staff wondering. Do not do business with Sensis and if you are currently then I recommend cancelling.

Would rate them zero stars if I could. Sensis (and their utterly incompetent 'Whereis' division) have one of the laziest customer service divisions I've ever encountered. Does it even exist? Probably not. This company never returned any written letters or phone calls despite the importance of the matter. Truth is I was barely acknowledged by them. How utterly despicable. How this company manages to stay in business in today's world, I am totally clueless. But if Sensis wish to continuously lose thousands of dollars in lost business because of this, that's entirely on them. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Recently purchased white pages connect. They spelt my business incorrectly in the white pages listing.Haven't responded to my request to change it.Haven't corrected the entry. I previously ceased advertising with Sensis years ago due to astoundingly poor customer service. Sadly, nothing has changed.

Wow? I have never seen so much bad reviews.I wonder why????Still getting a $330 invoice from Truelocal/Sensis every month and no one has answered me on why I am getting billed.I feel for the people who work for Sensis- must be a very dark & depressing place.
