Would rate them zero stars if I could. Sensis (and their utterly incompetent 'Whereis' division) have one of the laziest customer service divisions I've ever encountered. Does it even exist? Probably not. This company never returned any written letters or phone calls despite the importance of the matter. Truth is I was barely acknowledged by them. How utterly despicable. How this company manages to stay in business in today's world, I am totally clueless. But if Sensis wish to continuously lose thousands of dollars in lost business because of this, that's entirely on them. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
