Overall Feedback:

My partner recently got the luxury of having to deal with whitecourt insurance LTD . It was the worst experience I've ever heard I sat and listened to my partner argue with the agent about there miss direction . They were rude , insulting. If customer service is what your looking for in an insurance broker definitely don't call white court insurance the unnamed manager and female broker provide an insulting degree of customer service , openly admitting to avoiding my partner etc . Simple questions turn into a game that spins amongst there grande prairie office as well . We switched one of our oilfield owners trucks to try out whitecourt insurance and the trouble it's caused us is crazy , we're very lucky we did not make the mistake of switching all 17 of our trucks and rentals etc to white court insurance . Clearly policies of this magnitude is to vast for whitecourt insurance to deal with . I would never recommend Whitecourt insurance to anyone for commercial needs .
