Feedback:

Great place! CountyCat browser is good, too!

Feedback:

A completely out-of-date system. I've lived here for 29 years and they still don't accept debit or credit card for payment for a late fee or a lost or stolen book. You would think that if they can take a check they could take a credit card. Very disappointing for a North Shore Village to be not up to date. I will be going to a different library from now on. And very bad service, very slow, and the librarian is not helpful at all. Very bad experience

Feedback:

This library was my second home, it is a comfortable and quiet environment. Staff are very helpful too. I like to go there so my daughter plays in the play area and chooses books to borrow and I do my assignments at that time.

Feedback:

This place has a great selection of books and the librarians there are kind and helpful. A+

Feedback:

Plenty of books& activities. (As well as computers.)

Feedback:

One of my favorite locations, usually have to oder books, etc to be sent here though. Best employees are at this location.

Feedback:

Most beautiful children's library space I've ever seen, with whimsical hand-painted walls and comfy seating. Children's books, as well as hands-on games and computer activities. Adult sections are well-stocked and user friendly. If you don't find what you are looking for on the shelves, patrons also have access to the entire Milwaukee County federated library system's collection.

Feedback:

There is a lady that work there and she was so un believe annyoing. She keep coming over to me and who I was I with and telling all us to be quiet when we spoke at normal tone. Then she told us to leave.

Feedback:

I really do enjoy coming to this library normally, but today was horrible. I was at the standing computer (which was for fast printing ~ 10 min), there were guys there to fix the printer/install a new printer, so I was filling out a form on the computer while wearing my son. Of course he starts to cry and I was consoling him. I wasn't done with the form and the guys were still working on the printer, so I went off the computer and went to feed my son. Then I come back to start a new session (which is 10 minutes right?), 6min into my new session my sons crying went to screeching and I was trying my best to soothe him. The librarian then comes over to tell me that I should be using one of the sitting computers because this computer is for printing and it has a time limit of 10 min. I tell her my reasons for using this computer is that my son would cry even more if I sit down. She said that I should use one of the computers on the Children's side and left. I attempt to finish my form, but found it impossible because of my son's screaming and was about to leave. The librarian comes back over and talked to the front desk person who said "well it's not the crying, it's just that that computer has a time limit." I wasn't over my time limit and there weren't anyone in line waiting to use the computer! So unappreciated, I was already almost in tears from the humility.
