ALWAYS BILLING ISSUES WITH WINDSTREAM. ON 8-25-19 I FOUND A ONLINE PROMOTION FOR INTERNET SERVICES THROUGH WINDSTREAM KINETIC INTERNET FOR $19.99 A MONTH. THE WEBSITE HAD ME ENTER MY HOME ADDRESS AND IT SAID I QUALIFIED FOR THIS PRICE. I SIGNED UP WITH AN INSTALLATION DATE OF 8-28-19. I EVEN RECIEVED A MAILING OFFERING THIS PRICE OF $19.99 A MONTH AS WELL. WHEN THE INSTALLER NAMED "BOB" ARRIVED ON THIS DATE I SHOWED HIM THAT I WAS PROVIDING MY OWN MODEM AND HE STATED HE WOULD PUT THAT IN HIS NOTES SO I DONT GET CHARGED $5.99 A MONTH TO RENT ONE. WE HAVE RECIEVED TWO STATEMENTS STATING WE ARE BEING BILLED $60.00 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR SERVICE AND $9.99 FOR MODEM RENTAL AND PROTECTION. AFTER RECEIVING THE FIRST INCORRECT STATEMENT I CALLED AND WAS INFORMED IT WOULD BE CORRECTED AND TO MAIL A COPY OF MY ONLINE ORDER DETAILS STATING THE PRICE OFFER I FOUND ONLINE. I MAILED COPIES AND THEY CONTINUE TO INCORRECTLY BILL ME.
