ALWAYS BILLING ISSUES WITH WINDSTREAM. ON 8-25-19 I FOUND A ONLINE PROMOTION FOR INTERNET SERVICES THROUGH WINDSTREAM KINETIC INTERNET FOR $19.99 A MONTH. THE WEBSITE HAD ME ENTER MY HOME ADDRESS AND IT SAID I QUALIFIED FOR THIS PRICE. I SIGNED UP WITH AN INSTALLATION DATE OF 8-28-19. I EVEN RECIEVED A MAILING OFFERING THIS PRICE OF $19.99 A MONTH AS WELL. WHEN THE INSTALLER NAMED "BOB" ARRIVED ON THIS DATE I SHOWED HIM THAT I WAS PROVIDING MY OWN MODEM AND HE STATED HE WOULD PUT THAT IN HIS NOTES SO I DONT GET CHARGED $5.99 A MONTH TO RENT ONE. WE HAVE RECIEVED TWO STATEMENTS STATING WE ARE BEING BILLED $60.00 DOLLARS A MONTH FOR SERVICE AND $9.99 FOR MODEM RENTAL AND PROTECTION. AFTER RECEIVING THE FIRST INCORRECT STATEMENT I CALLED AND WAS INFORMED IT WOULD BE CORRECTED AND TO MAIL A COPY OF MY ONLINE ORDER DETAILS STATING THE PRICE OFFER I FOUND ONLINE. I MAILED COPIES AND THEY CONTINUE TO INCORRECTLY BILL ME.

Terrible Internet... They claim 10 mbps in Becker Township, and on a good day we were running at 2 mbps. 45 minute wait time for customer service. Choose another provider if you have that option.

Terrible costomer service and communication. Made appointments, and they didnt even bother to let me know they werent going to show twice! I missed work twice for them. So frustrated!!

They are the worst in customer service and quality of service. If you have other options run the other way. The worst part is that many people like myself do not have other options. I love how they say how fast their service is when it is a total dog! Too bad I could not give them a zero.

If I could give 0 stars I would...they have the absolute worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I don't have time to write the novel of poor customer service I've received. Best part is where we live, we have no other options for service so we're stuck with these clowns...

Spent over 45 min on the phone with customer service with no resolution, no transfer to a supervisor after 10+ requests, absolutely no regard for the customer. Its quite baffling. No assurance that disruption to service will be fixed sooner than 3 days is unacceptable. We also started service with Windstream in April and they did not bury the cable but assured us they would be back to do so. It has been over two months and when discussing with customer service today they indicated that it would be an additional 6 to 8 weeks. Current service disruption is already due to the cable being damaged due to being above ground and exposed in the ditch. 6 to 8 weeks is absurd and interferes with grading and landscaping of our yard (new construction).

Worst internet. Will take money for speeds your home/street setup isn’t even capable of. Terrible internet, it’s super slow and ALWAYS drops out. The only reason we have them is they contracted our area to be the only internet. Really makes one mad. I would NEVER recommend this company.

My phone has faster internet speed and I'm paying more per month for their internet. There are companies out there that are offering 1gb internet speed for the same amount that I am paying for 12mb speed. I didn't even know that they offered internet that slow anymore. My phones internet runs at 18mb/s to put into perspective. If you have the option to go with anyone else do it. I unfortunately do not. They're just being cheap and not updating their equipment but that's gonna bite them in the butt the second that ANY other internet provider offers service in this area.
