Feedback:

Spent over 45 min on the phone with customer service with no resolution, no transfer to a supervisor after 10+ requests, absolutely no regard for the customer. Its quite baffling. No assurance that disruption to service will be fixed sooner than 3 days is unacceptable. We also started service with Windstream in April and they did not bury the cable but assured us they would be back to do so. It has been over two months and when discussing with customer service today they indicated that it would be an additional 6 to 8 weeks. Current service disruption is already due to the cable being damaged due to being above ground and exposed in the ditch. 6 to 8 weeks is absurd and interferes with grading and landscaping of our yard (new construction).
