Feedback:

We have been Allstate customers since 2011 and were assigned to Bill Veres as our agent. I recently tried to contact him to remove two vehicles from our policy. I sent 3 email messages to his office to affect this change with no response. After the 3rd request, Bill Veres sent an email stating that all changes had to be made by telephone. I immediately called his office and was told by him that he receives over 500 emails each day and "how could I expect him to respond to my email". Having been a customer for eight years, I would expect him to respond to my email/text/telephone call. He said he would make the changes, kept saying he would call me back, said the Allstate server was down and that he would get back to me. Today, I received a letter (Auto policy schedule for the Allstate Easy Pay Plan) that showed not only a price increase for the renewal of my policy - but none of the vehicles had been removed. Again, I immediately contacted Bill Veres, asked him to not renew the policy and to send confirmation that the auto payment was terminated. He replied with DONE! I feel that Bill Veres has single-handedly ruined the reputation of Allstate for me and for anyone to whom I relay this account. I really hope a full investigation is made into the workings of the Bill Veres office as Allstate should not attach it's name to such a sub par, infuriating agent.

Feedback:

I’m a five year customer of Veres Allstate. I pay my premiums ontime, without fail. I received a premium notice that my homeowners insurance premium was going up 36% on July 1st. I stopped in to change companies to one with a lower premium. They said they couldn’t do it that day, but they would get back to me. This was the third week of May. When I didn’t hear back from them for three or four days, I called them back. I was told that the county property appraisers website was down and they would get back to me. Another week goes by and I emailed them. I was told that I needn’t worry that we had plenty of time, that I would hear from them in a day or so. That was June 3rd and was the last I heard from them. I had to pay the much I higher premium because this agency failed to do what they promised. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere shortly.

Feedback:

A member of my family had his license taken away from a few years ago. It still showed up that he had a license which was taken away from a superior. He went to the DMV and asked for a paper proving he did not have a license which kept my insurance at the same rate. Relief because Mr. Veres advised me of the right action to resolve this problem.
