I recently purchased a flush valve for my toilet and even though I referenced the toilet model number and looked at the photos of it on the internet, the part that arrived didn't fit. I subsequently purchased a gasket for my existing flush valve and that solved the problem. When I called to get return authorization for the flush valve that didn't fit, I was told that the company has a 7 day return policy, and I should attempt to sell it on Ebay. I can't imagine how I would sell this BRAND NEW replacement part on Ebay myself when American Standard probably has more customers demanding this part than I would ever hope to find on Ebay. So I mailed the part back to the company president's corporate office... Steven Delarge, American Standard Co., 1 Centennial Ave, Piscataway, NJ 08854. There was no return deadline specified in the packing list, but I was told that the 7 days was written somewhere in the fine print when I first placed my parts order. I advise you to buy KOHLER products from now on, I plan to do so.
