Pretty displeased with American Standard products and customer facing representatives. I've done two full bathroom remodels with American Standard products. I would expect technical support to know what mixing valves to use. Boxes are missing pieces, etc. Customer service was just downright rude and unhelpful. I"m done with American Standard. I don't suggest American Standard anymore. They just don't stand behind their product.
