I’ve been in this location since 2012-2013. So far this management switch has been the best. They are consistently keeping us informed via email about everything going on around the complex. They are always having new training which means they are keeping staff well trained and more than capable of handling all concerns and inquiries. I had an issue with the laundry card machine and the young lady that helped me was professional, polite, and helped me get the issue resolved. I look forward to see what they have planned in the future for the complex. I do plan on renewing my lease here. Christopher D Milan

My experience hasn't been bad, the maintenance team is definitely swamped and the laundry room on lakeside is bad at times. But legacy has at least started movement since taking over even though they haven't fully delivered on renovating. Rent isn't bad either but if it goes up I'm leaving

The new management group, Gold Ollier, has really put the right people in to make changes to this property. My air conditioning was down for 4 days, with 10+ promises from staff and maintenance crews that it would be completed within the hour, every hour I called, for four days. On day 4 of a 78 degree house, and putting my dog in an even stuffier bedroom to allow maintenance to come in, I was at my wits end and left a less than pleasant voicemail on the Urgent Maintenance Request phone line at 7:30pm. By 8:30 pm the property manager Jane called me, apologized, and told me the actions in place that would ensure my maintenance request be fixed. While there are still several concerns property wide that should be handled, and while the maintenance request format has its own issues, you can really see the impact of Gold Ollier, even though they have only been managing the property for 2 months. All in all, Jane is the MVP. She means business and she handles responsibilities. The world would be a better place with more Jane’s in it.

I was approached by the manager there to “Please write a positive review because we are really trying and we need it”.My experience at Legacy Druid Hills has been less than satisfactory and I overall have experienced a poor customer service experience. My apartment does not have a washer/dryer hook up and needs a lot of work. While they are making updates to the pavement and roof, which is appreciated- the real need for renovations is in the apartments. I had a leak in my apartment and a damaged kitchen countertop. It took 31 days for my services ticket to be completed.When I addressed this issue with the manager I was told “well I’m glad they made it out” in a sarcastic manner. Not even so much as an apology for the issue. My advice to the manager is to work for positive reviews not ask for them. People deserve to know exactly what they are getting themselves into.

Property have Ret bucks everywhere nobody even come for pest control from last 6 months complained about 20 time Last week I go each and everyday still Mannager say if u have completed e-mail to head office but not come to office finally I decide to call health department now I have all pictures and all
