Feedback:
This company is a complete SCAM!!! They tried to call and tell me I was a semi-finalist for a prize I entered at a Expo in my city. They proceeded to ask very personal information about me that was not relevant to winning a prize. When I refused to give them the information they promptly hung up on me. I don't think there was any prize to begin with and that they were phishing for my information to scam me. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS. I have filed a complaint with my Attorney General regarding this fraud contest. There is no way to talk to or get a hold of this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
Feedback:
Terible service. Took 3 hours to get system to process then misspelled name on travel documents and would not change it unless canceling and rebooking. Then would not send email confirmation of cancel. After going thru the booking process all over again they double charged our credit card and after a week they still have not credited it back. Actually, if you count the first booking, they have charged our CC accounts three times. They refuse to give contact info for their corporate office.
Feedback:
This company is ripping USAA Credit Card holders off. Cannot redeem points 6 weeks out for a routine flight without paying enormous "points plus cash" prices. Example: Standard flight from Washington, DC to LAX requires 30,000 points plus about 500.00. I even tried other flights to routine destinations. The entire flight if I bought it outright would be 500 or less. What is wrong with you people. USAA needs to find a better partner--TERRIBLE SCAM. Why does USAA allow this agency to "rip off" its customers and even use their corporate branding when you aren't even on a USAA website anymore. The whole thing is a scam.
