I've just spent over an hour on the phone with three reps, trying out useless methods to solve the connectivity issues I've been experiencing. The last rep, after 20 minutes of making me jump through hoops, finally admit she "is not familiar with my modem". Bottom line, If I cannot get quality technical service when I need that, I do not see a point in staying a customer.

The absolute worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. A combination of indifference and ignorance on the part of all of their employees leads to an awful experience every time

Poor customer service. The only thing they do consistently is overcharge you. Use any other service provider if you have the option too.

I was quoted $59 a month for internet (and tv- even though we do not use it). Every statement that came in the mail was different and was nowhere near $59. I tried canceling the tv and keeping the internet, but was told on various occasions that it was not possible to do so and that I would have to pay a $200 cancelation fee. Frontier claims they have no contracts, but told me I would need to pay the $200 to cancel because I would be "violating the contract." I didn't sign anything. Every month following I had to call and discuss my bill with a representative because it was always way higher than what I was originally quoted. My statements were requesting $140, $117, $120 payments each month and we only used the internet with 18 mgb. Each time I called the representative would quote me a lower bill, like in August I was told my bill would be $60 including tax by a representative named Jazmine. My statement came and it was $117. I'm finished with hounding Frontier every month to coax them into agreeing to the $59 I was originally quoted so I switched to Cox.

these people are the worst service cost to much leave u on hold for a hour hangs up on u call back for some one to tell u the price u was giving is not right u ask to speak to a supervisor and still was on hold for 30 mins never got to speak to any one else frontier needs to shut down there business ur company sucks big time i rate u a 000000000000000

The only reason they are getting a star is only so I can write a review. They don’t even deserve -5 stars! I am beyond baffled by this “service provider” I cant believe Verizon would even allow their name even be in the same sentences as frontier. First off let me start with the fact that I got my service installed YESTERDAY! Literally 24 hrs ago. Instantly my internet was not working. I found a lot of things odd that the tech did but I “assumed” it was just a “newbie”. I called like 2 hrs after installation because my internet was not working and could you believe they could not locate our account... pretty odd to me. After holding w a rep for about 45 mins she tells me she thinks I have been scammed. Then transfers me over to another rep who then tells me that I need to give them some time because all of their paper work are processed over night. I should’ve known better!! I didn’t get any confirmation nor any receipt the tech didn’t even leave the box the modem came in. He was literally here for about 2.5–3 hrs. At this point I was just ready to continue w my day and disregarded any “odd” behaviors. For the first 24 hrs I have not had any internet. I think out of the 24 hrs only 1 hr totaled the amount of internet signal I actually got. Let’s not forget my acct still cannot be located. Horrible experience!! I cannot wait to return and cancel this acct if it even exists.

5- today got to be the wroth day of my life I have been out of service for ten whole day and the stuff aint got no better. Calling to swap -out a receive and real been on hold off and on for 3 hours and the last time I called back this mutha humer hand up on me. So the bill will be short and disconnected services 7/5/2018
