Out of the four ambulance transportation services I've used this year, Hart to Heart is by far the worst. I would strongly recommend another company.

Drivers talk all about the problems they are facing. A driver by the name Eugiena asked to use our Howard County address due to being homeless. Timing is horrible with the company you get picked up with poor routing causing extreme long ride times. When you call hart 2 they can never accomdate any request no matter what the detail is. There is always an excuse never a remedy. Bad switch from LifeStar Transportation to Hart 2 Heart bad move Howard County

Be very careful using this service. Apparently not so good on sending bills or calling their clients but very good at hitting you with a summons. for something you knew nothing about and now they tell me they never filed with my insurance company either. Wow, use someone else. What a SCAM!!!!! If they had zero stars that would be my choice they don't even rank 1 star.

I am a first time user of Hart to Heart. My transport experience was a round trip from Citizens Care Center to HMH in Havre de Grace. With the exception of the excellent Customer Service provided by Casey (office scheduling), every other aspect of the experience was horrible. The unit was late ; the driver was preoccupied, not friendly and showed no concern that we were late for the appointment; the pick up date was 2/1/18 with extremely cold temperatures - the driver showed no concern for my 90 year Dad-.and left the two rear doors and two side doors open the entire time my Dad was loaded and secured.The same thing occurred on our return trip - had to wait an hour at HMH for the return trip to Citizens Care Center. The next day I used a competitor service and received Excellent customer service; on -time pick- up and return; a courteous driver ( who received a tip- because she was that good); the vehicle was clean (and warm)..... AND Cheaper than Hart to Heart....

After going through the entire process of getting a background check and getting my driving record as if I had the job I get a email a week later after unsuccessfully reaching the person I was speaking with that they wish me best wishes on my job search.

Called and spoke to a Brandy to find out how to schedule transportation. Brandy was rude, hostile and made me feel as if I was wasting her time bothering her. ZERO customer service skills. Thanks to Brandys awful treatment hart to heart lost a potential customer.

From my experiences this morning with representatives from this company, I have to say that it was not the best impression. I was passing and I looked the young lady and young man in the face and said good morning to them, no answer. When I got closer, I said it again, "Good morning, how are you guys doing today"? No answer, They just looked at me like I did not exist. I was wearing a bright colored shirt and tie, I was loud enough for anyone in the near vicinity to hear. If you have this behavior for a professional who is not a patient imagine how they might treat the patient.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. I work for a medical practice. This company dropped off a patient for an appointment and did not return to pickup the patient for (4) hours. Our office closed and the patient was still waiting. A staff member stayed with the patient after 6:00pm. The office closed at 5:00pm. When I confronted the transportation company, the receptionist laughed initially and presented several lies with regards to why the patient was not picked up in a timely manner. As well I spoke with the "supervisor", who stated her name was Vera and she did not accept the responsibility of the situation either. I am appalled at their nonchalant behavior regarding the unfortunate incident. The patient is the victim in this situation.
