I purchased my ring when I graduated in 2002. I recently sent my ring to be re sized and the top bezel was needing to be checked. I could not be more pleased they did an amazing job. My ring looks brand new again . Thank you so much !

This is the worst experience of my life. This company has taking my special day and turned it into a nightmare. I purchased a Cap and Gown for graduation. They lost my item, I called back and spoke to a Customer service representative, he promised me that I would receive my Cap and Gown. On May 13,2019 I received a Cap without a Gown or a Tassel, I contacted Customer Service and the representative Victoria said she would handle the situation. Sent me an email that she sent out saying that my graduation is for next week and I did not receive my purchase. The graduation is May 18, 2019 and no one has not responded or sent me my Cap and Gown nor have any one tried to overnight my purchase. I have not heard any thing, they have turned a special day into a night mare and now I don't have a gown to graduate. This is the worst company. I feel like this is a bad dream!!!!!!!

I would give this place no stars if I could. They did not inform me it would take 8 weeks to get a class ring for my son . I ordered a month in advance ,and it wasn't cheap . My son is graduating June 3 with no class ring. This place sucks don't go here for your seniors stuff

I have been into the store twice (today for additional announcements) and both times the ladies were very friendly and helpful! Sidney and Carla were busy with other late orders and rude customers, but took the time to help me and printed name cards all while keeping great attitudes. Great customer service!

Poor Customer Service!! Class Ring -Too Big. Had to wait another month to get it back!Announcements came in- who would print gold lettering on black paper! Can't see the wording on the announcements!! Cap & Gown- Gold trimming on the School logo n the students were giving a tasel with the School Year in silver!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had to give one star to write a review, my choice would be none. Ordered a ring for my daughter, after she designed the ring she desired. set up monthly automatic debit for the ring. then I receive a notice in the mail that i MUST make the last payment (ahead of their scheduled draft). so we did, we were told her ring would be available at school for her to pick up just before Christmas break. She was so thrilled, and excited that she would have her class ring to show everyone at Christmas. The ring however had the wrong stone! we contacted Herff Jones and they were more concerned about informing me their offices would be closed until Jan 2017. received conflicting information as to the process and timetable to rectify their error. I received an email from "corporate" who only forwarded my email inquiry (as no one was available via phone or in person) to the "Sales Rep". it is Christmas morning, and I write this as my daughter is forced to recount to all our relatives why she does not have her class ring. a wall of silence from Herff Jones and nothing. $454.00 and no attempt to contact and make good on their screw up. A miserable experience and I cannot emphasize enough... Look for someone else to fulfill this purchase. it is a shame my daughters memories of what should be a exciting and defining time, is soured by poor customer service and complete lack of respect.

We drove from Waller on a Saturday morning to arrive and find the store closed with three cheesy signs stating summer hours were from 9-2 pm Tuesday thru Thursday. Prior to leaving our home my son checked the website and showed the store being open from 9-2 on Saturdays. No where on the website did it state summer hours!!!!??
