5 years of working at Linda Huff's Agency have been amazing. Insurance found me and I get the opportunity to assist people with their insurance needs.

Very disappointing service from this branch. I called in to get a quote for auto insurance because i was thinking of purchasing a truck. When i called in originally, i couldn't get a hold of anyone during normal business hours so I left a message to receive a quote. The next day, I was told they are over a week out on quotes. Really? All i needed was a quote. So i contacted the corporate offices after hours and i got a quote immediately. I moved forward with the purchase as the corporate office set up my policy over the phone. After trying multiple times to set up my truck's policy through this office unsuccessfully, i decided to deal directly with the corporate office after normal hours because customer service is much better. Since setting up my truck, this office has contacted me saying the rates for my other vehicle are going to go up unless i complete some online course and provide proof of good grades for the good student discount with only two days of notice. After being with this company since day one, I am very disappointed this office has gone from being a decent insurance agency to becoming very distant and hard to do business with. I hope i don't have to switch companies...

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with an insurance agency. Nobody answers the phone during business hours, the voicemail messages are not returned. On average it would take 5 business days and at least 3 messages before a simple request like a address change could be handled. After dealing with this for close to 2 years, we are now switching companies. I have called 10 times and sent 2 emails in the last 2 weeks to cancel our policies, I requested an email confirmation. After calling corporate and filling a complaint, I received an email from the branch that my policy HAD been cancelled the first day I called. My policies are still ACTIVE on their website and I received another bill in the mail today. My next step will be to contact corporate AGAIN to beg them to please cancel our policy so we can be done with this place! If you are going to use State Farm please research your branch as this one has the worst possible customer service.

Take it from a retired GM that spent the better part of two decades in the Portland Metro area. Linda is one of the best agents I know. State Farm is the best insurance you can have her. Period.
