We've done lots of printing here - everything from shirts to signs to fliers and everything has been of good quality, delivered on-time with competitive pricing (or lower). This is a small firm and the key to a good experience with this company is communication. If you have a question, just ask. If you don't know about a product or need details on a project, just ask. If you want to know your completion date, just ask. If you want a special service, just ask. Don't expect things that you didn't ask about. Know what you're ordering, ask all the questions up-front, and expect just what you ordered, right on time. Highly recommended.

I didn't even get a chance to place an order. I went in not really knowing what I wanted to purchase but I knew I needed some marketing stuff. After I figured out that the girl sitting in the chair behind the desk was WILLING to wait on me I started asking questions and didn't know all the questions that I needed to ask. She was not helpful and I hate trying to do something NEW and that I need to do and the so called, PERSON WITH THE EXPERTISE sita there like you are STUPID because you don't know HER JOB INSIDE and OUT!!! I hope that they have changed their customer service skills because I went straight to my vicar and called back into the store. The manager did apologize, but I was too embarrassed to go back in and try over. #SAD

I have ordered quite a bit from this company and always had a great experience until now. Placed and order for business cards and contracts, when I emailed about getting more contracts and making adjustments to the template they say they have on file as well as a new completely different contract they don't have on file. I attached both files to the email, one of the existing contract with some changes and the new completely different contract and the business cards I was wanting. They would email back a "proof" of the contracts and business cards, it was what I had sent them to reference. They didn't make any changes, they didn't take the previous contract template and make the necessary adjustments, I had to keep making the adjustments. Took multiple emails to just get them to understand I was wanting legal size instead of letter. After many emails back and forth, I requested to speak to someone via phone to clarify what I was wanting, I was flat out told no. I finally gave up and just agreed to have them print the "proof" I made corrections on again, go to pick up my order, that I paid 12/ down on, and wouldn't you know it, it was wrong. The owner came out and told me he would make the corrections but it would cost me more money, their mistake and I have to pay for it?! After 20 mins of arguing and going back and forth reading email exchanges, I told him I would pay for the business cards, even though they made a mistake on one (they admitted too) and they can keep the contracts, the owner took the business cards and said no I had to pay for everything or I get nothing. I, myself own a small business and like to use small businesses but the way I was treated by the owner and staff was horrendous! Needless to say, I won't be using them anymore.

My experience at the front was horrible, when I finally got service for printing that wasnt any better. The manager NEVER apologized and the person doing the printing doesn't READ your emails when sending in correct. Don't plan on going back.

Took my design to them and they were going to email me a copy of what they were going to do and i did not hear anything from them scince i left them Wednesday morning and now today is Saturday. If this is how you do business leave me out of it.. You can keep it.....

Everytime I go in, I'm met with quick customer service! The staff work efficiently with me to achieve the best possible outcome with my purchase. Everything is ready faster than you'd think too! These guys are quality!

Terrible service. As a 10 year plus customer, only due to convenience, they treated me as a stranger each time I came in. I stuck through their many mistakes and the very rude women at the front desk. Only to find out I was being charged DOUBLE the entire time.
