This is a small firm and the key to a good experience with this company is communication. If you have a question, just ask. If you don't know about a product or need details on a project, just ask. If you want to know your completion date, just ask. If you want a special service, just ask. Don't expect things that you didn't ask about. Know what you're ordering, ask all the questions up-front, and expect just what you ordered, right on time. Highly recommended.
