So here I am about a year into using Mechanic Net, I continue to be blown away with the results I get, the information at my fingertips and how helpful the whole team is at Mechnic Net.The reminder for oil changes, worked needed and service intervals have an outstanding return rate. Lost customer retention feature is my favorite, this small part of the service Mechanic Net provides actually drives so many customers(that we lost contact with) in to my bays to create enough revenue to cover my Mechanic Net expenses. These lost customers tend to be regulars that wandered away for various reason but most are not unhappy just out of the habit of coming into our shop. With all that said I haven't done justice to the reporting and tracking function that are simply great, I'm still learning ways to get more from this whole program. I happen to have a great sales rep Samantha Freeman who has proven time and again to be a different type of salesperson Samantha has "held" my hand the whole time and helped me get a grasp of the ins & outs of the Mechanic Net. Samantha has proven that not all sales reps are the same, some actually still care a lot after the sale is complete. Mechanic Net has risen the bar for how staffs treat clients.
