Highly, highly disappointed with my experience with this resource mfg branch in Livingston. I'm honestly shocked there isn't more reviews on here about it. The corporate resource mfg should look into this branch in Livingston. I'm not joking the turnover rate alone should get your attention. Bad turnover rate and it's been like that. That speaks volumes. Maybe it isn't the employees but the one's in the office. I'm sorry but if you're in customer service/recruiting you can't treat people with disrespect, look down upon, roll your eyes, frown at your employees as they are walking up to you even before they get a word out, looking annoyed, etc., I could go on. Seriously, no wonder why so many people leave there. The golden rule treat others how you want to be treated. It's sad because there isn't more reviews, so people don't know. No wonder so many quit or leave because they get treated poorly, don't feel valued, some policies may or may not get abided by depending on who you are there. Disheartening. Sure, maybe in the very beginning at orientation they are nice just to get you recruited from all the employees that they just lost trying to replace them, then very shortly after that goes out the window. Then if you have issues arise while working there and go to them they act like it's the biggest inconvenience and then you think well okay don't feel comfortable talking to them anymore, not joking. Like that's your job if your employees, people you are recruiting annoys you that bad maybe you shouldn't be working that position. Seriously, just ask the employees on the floor if they feel valued or respected. So so sad. Is there a corporate number to reach out to call?

I usually don't write reviews, but Hutchison has went downhill fast. People warned me before starting there. That should have been my red flag, but i like to form my own opinion and give them a chance. I barely received any training. I had to figure out a lot of stuff on my own no joke. Isn't the point of being trained to make sure you learn and get it right? Because these parts are going on $20,000 cars shouldn't your trainer make sure you're getting it right. I know if I was buying a new car I would hope it was put together with quality and pride instead of being left in the dark hoping you're making it right. Like usually you get oriented at a place, shown around the plant, etc. I never got that. My first week I saw people taking trash cans to the back of the plant and thought what's going on? So I asked my coworker and they said oh you take your trash to the compactor in the back at the end of shift. I was never told this in training so my fellow coworker showed me where it was. I didn't even know there was a trash compactor. Shouldn't you be shown where stuff is your first week? In orientation you are told if you have any issues on the floor, personal issues please come talk to them because they value us and don't want to lose anyone. But when you try to talk to the office they seem like they are annoyed so it makes you feel uncomfortable to even try to speak with them. Again, not how they make you feel like a team in orientation. They make new polices, but yet don't have meetings with staff about it. Like you literally come into work one day with a new policy you had no clue about until someone is like hey why aren't you doing "said policy" oh because no one from management told me. Bad communication. They show favoritism to certain employees, but they won't tell you but it happens in front of your face. It's very unfair how they let one employee get away with something, but not the other employee who did the same thing. They don't honor every policy. You get treated like just another number and makes you feel less than especially when they talk about oh we are family and value everyone of you. Definitely not the case. The turnover rate is huge. I noticed that just in my first month. Very, very disappointed I never felt less valued than I do there.
