Average calls to this company are in excess of 40+minutes. It’s unfortunate they are the only provider offered. Multiple promises made and multiple broken. Would not ever recommend. EVER!!

Horrible Customer Service, no one ever answers phone call. I couldn't find anything less than "1 Star". My Story: I told the manager not to process my order if she can not honor the "online offer", she told me to send email regarding the offer So that he can honor it. But next day I get email that my order has been created and "Credit Check" has been done. I called the store bunch of times to sort this issue and only few times this lady at store told that the manager is on vacation or on leave or the lady would just disconnect my call in between. I am not sure why they have a physical store if they are not be available in Store ever or at-least answer the phone calls. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with customer service against this store, it's Manager and Employee for their poor service and giving me false information.

Shouldn't even get 1 star. I called end of February to get a quote for internet service in Rantoul. Was told that they would be able to provide to my area and told me I would have enough to run a few smart TVs, phones, and tablets. First, I didn't get the modem when I was promised, waited a week longer before it finally showed. Then to find out that I needed a phone jack to install the internet (they didn't tell me that). I schedule a install and get internet working.....well not working because the internet available for the area will maybe allow you to check your email. I called to see what the hell was wrong and got "well in your area we don't provide a signal that strong". Internet was cancelled that day. I have never been so mad and frustrated, the lies this company tell you are insane.

This business is so poorly run I cannot understand how they are still in business. We moved in April and transferred our service, I have tried 5-6 times to change my billing address. Even though service was moved they still keep billing the old address. The mail has stopped forwarding so I have not received a bill in 5-6 months, now I have balance of $600+ due! I called them, they put me through to an automated bill payment system that doesn't work! I cannot pay the bill on line so I guess they'll just have to wait a little longer for me to send a check. Did I mention the internet is horrible, literally as bad as dial up. I end up connecting to my cell phone for reliable internet most of the time!

If I could I would only give 0 stars !!! Frontier is a absolutely joke !!! Orders 12 mbps frontier guy came out installed the hardware and tested it we got 10 mbps and I did a speed test as well 9.8 mbps so it was ok !! Than one day we were wondering why our internet is so slow ?!?! Did a speed test 2.9 mbps !!!!! So I called frontier and 4h on the phone they told us we only can get 3mbps but we pay and ordered the max broadband 12mbps and have proof that we are getting 10 and than slowed down to 3 and pay for 12 so canceld the contract !!! IF U GUYS HAVE A CHANCE DONT GO WITH FRONTIER !!!!

I didn't want to give them a star but had to so my actual review could be seen. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! Customer service is awful and the actual service is awful. I put up with it for a year or so only because I didn't want to spend more than $50 a month for internet. I live in a small town so there are only two companies to chose from...Frontier and Comcast. We couldn't have more than one device connected at a time or the service would take longer than old dial up internet. I called to cancel my service on November 28th and they did but still charged me until the end of the billing cycle (December 15th) because "its company policy" so "I don't owe them anything and they don't owe me anything", quotes from the "customer service reps" I spoke with. (I'm not sure customer service reps is the right term because they certainly did not help me!) Well that's a problem because I didn't use their service after the 28th. I had my new service installed on the 29th and was using it. My Frontier box was not plugged in or on since the 28th. AND THEN they charged me another $20.48 for December 16th to January 15th. I was on the phone with them for 1 hr 14 mins. And the only thing the 3 people I talked to could manage to say was "I'm sorry but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about the charges, they are valid". And then after talking with the 3rd person, she told me that she could only credit me $10 because there was a disconnect fee that I needed to pay! This was told to me after I had been through two other people and been on the phone with them for over an hour! This is theft and I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to get this issue resolved. Sign up with this company if you want to be stolen from!

I called this company to see what they offered for Bondville. The person I talked to said they would see if they offered service in that area and would call me back. I never received a call back. I did start getting bills for a service I didn’t have. Phone calls didn’t solve anything. I kept explaining the situation and they always said they would take care of it. They saw I had zero usage. They never took care of it. Now it’s a mark on my credit rating. Still won’t take care of it. I can never consider using them again. Complete scam.

The WORST communications provider I have ever dealt with. With our move, we were scheduled for internet install on Sept 19, and we ARE STILL WAITING! I have spent over 4 hours total on the phone with 9 people. The latest: we were given a Rossville manager, Todd Johnson who said he would move schedules around and get us taken care of in 1-2 days. That was 7 days ago! It never ends. We are extremely limited in providers in our area, which causes us to have to deal with Frontier. The best part! We received a bill for $107 for services that we have NOT YET RECEIVED. Frontier -- who in this company actually cares and provides good customer service??????????
