They only have phone cases for the newest phones. I have a galaxy S8+ they can't even carry one spec case for it or something..? Very disappointing. It's not like I have a flip phone or am multiple generations behind or something.

The people in this store was nice to work with but just don't have the technical ability to fix issues with Verizon phones. I had an issue with my son's phone connecting to the cell network and I figured it was probably the SIM card so I brought it into this store because they are close. They tired to put a new SIM card in but could not get it working... they then told me that the phone was bad and I had to contact Verizon and get a replacement. Since the phone was over a year old that meant I would have to use my insurance and spend $150 on the deductible.I had a feeling that their diagnosis of my phone was not correct so I brought the phone to the Elk River (Official) Verizon Store. They put a new SIM card in the phone and less than a minute later they had the phone working with the new SIM.If you are having trouble with your phone do yourself a favor and bring it to the Elk River Verizon Store or any other official Verizon Store.I also would not purchase a phone through here either. While they were working on my phone I over heard a sales rep helping someone looking for a Moto Z2 Play... the sales person told the customer not to buy that phone because it was not a reliable phone and instead talked the person into a Galaxy S9 that was double the price. I could tell from the conversation that this person did not need a high end phone like the S9 but because he was now scared of the reliability of the Z2 he ended up spending twice as much on a phone than he needed to. I know a lot of people (including my mom and co-workers) with both the Z2 Play and Force and none of them have had any issues with their phones at all. I work in IT so I get a lot of people at work bringing me their phones to setup for email, and I usually hear when these people are having issues with their phones.I have also noticed this store many times has higher prices on their phones then what Verizon has so make sure you check around on prices.The reason why I gave this store 2 stars is because the people were nice... but other than that I do not have faith in their ability to fix problems and their knowledge of phones they are selling.

I will start out by saying that I am Loren's (store manager) wife, however I am probably one of the toughest customers for him. I have been a VERY LOYAL iphone/apple user since I started using technology. I had zero interest in ever using anything else. No matter what he or anyone else said, I was Apple forever! That is until I saw the new Samsung 9+...in metallic purple none the less. Well he treated me like a normal customer, gave me his "pitch" (hes always practicing with me anyway) and much to his surprise (and his co-workers who know me)...he sold me! I am thrilled to say that not only is this the most incredible phone Ive ever had (sorry apple) but he has gone above and beyond in the customer service department when helping me adjust to android life. He knows this phone inside and out, and considering how new on the market it is, that impressed me! Another huge plus is that I am hearing impaired as well as having vision issues and he right away took that into account and set my settings to accommodate my needs (i couldnt see well enough to set ot up myself). I visit the store often and I have witnessed Loren as well as his team go that extra mile to help their customers. I always have people tell me that the Cambridge Verizon Store is top notch for their customer service and knowledge. As the wife,that makes me proud, as a customer it keeps me coming back! Way to go Cambridge Team!!! Keep up the fantastic job!

Pretty disappointing to be told even though I pay insurance monthly, my options for replacing my rapidly draining battery phone of just over a year are A. get same model used replacement phone for 150$ or B. "The better deal" is to upgrade and get a brand new phone for ___$/month. I felt uneasy after upgrading and called Verizon customer service, which were happy to send me a free replacement phone because of warranty and my insurance. They even told me to cancel my order through the store because it sounded like I was "taken advantage of" and to call tech support directly with any future issues instead of going through the store next time.

I am so happy that i contacted verizon customer service when i did, otherwise i would have owed a large amount of money. I went into verizon to deactivate my line and return my phone within the 14 days and was told by the rep (jory) that my line was deactivated before he did the return. Customer service said the line was never deactivated. After being on the phone for one hour i was lucky to get credited back the money. I even went back to verizon same day an hour later to confirm that's what the rep did and he said yes. He was awesome helping me in the beginning so i was very disappointed that he gave me false information when i brought the phone back. Make sure you know what these guys are doing.
